Miscellaneous Stuff
The items listed on this page are free to anyone who wants or
needs them. They are available under two conditions: promise me
you won't resell them and you have to come pick them up.
I'll trust you that you won't turn a profit on others'
generosity. If it's not practical for you to pick up an item,
I'll pack it up and send it to you for $20 plus postage (USPS
Priority Mail Flat Rate Box - usually $4.95 or $10.70).
I don't include installation. If you need help with installation,
I charge my hourly rate.

I have a fair-sized collection of these ranging from 85 watts to 350 watts. Only one or two have SATA connectors. Most are a standard physical size but there are a few oddballs. (The photo is representative and does not necessarily show current stock.) |
 AC Adapters |
I saved the AC adapters from equipment
that I discarded. These orphans might come in useful if you've
lost or burned out one of yours. I haven't itemized these. There are various power ratings and connector shapes and sizes. If you need one, we'll have to look through them to find the right one. Call or e-mail. |

 Motorola Surfboard SB5120 Cable Modem |
I have only one of these available. This one had been working but my client was told it was not compatible and he'd have to upgrade to a modem which was. He did giving this one to me. I use a SB5101 and it seems compatible so I expect that his will work fine, too. Before you buy one, try this one. Then, if it doesn't work, at least you will have tried. |
| Miscellaneous | I have a myriad of spare parts
salvaged from computers and other equipment. The major
items have been listed but there are a lot of lesser parts available that I
haven't listed: a few laptop batteries, laptop AC adapters and
laptop CD drives. On top of that, I have 5 laptops - they don't
work but they have parts that do. I have about 20 AC cords and
lots of RAM modules (no big ones). I have a couple of IDE hard
drives (they're not very big).
So, if you need some part, contact me. Maybe you can save time and a few bucks. |
