Computers
Most computers listed on this page work. Exceptions exist where the computer is worth saving but just needs some easily replaceable component. Most include the operating system (Windows 95, 98, ME, XP Vista or 7). They may or may not include application software like office programs or games.
If you have a computer or related device that is no longer useful to you, let me have it. If it works or if I can fix it, great! I'll try to find a home for it. I'll clean it up, update the OS, and remove personal data. If you need it, I'll recover your data for you first.

![]() Toshiba Portégé 3020CT Notebook Computer |
These days this might be called a
netbook - it's 10 inches wide, 9 deep and barely one inch thick
when closed; very light. It has 96MB RAM, 6GB HDD and Windows 98
(First Edition). It's got one USB port and 2 PCMCIA slots.
Included is a port replicator and floppy disk drive. The battery
holds a charge but not for very long... I'm guessing about an
hour's worth of use and about a day if you just carry it around.
Of course, there's an AC adapter included. There is no CD drive but even today's netbooks don't usually have them. There are no application or system disks. I have tried a few different USB thumb drives - some work, some don't. I have not tried any USB external hard drives. I'll give you a carrying case and a Netgear FA511 Cardbus Ethernet Adapter that works just fine. It's along in years but works well. This little notebook has served me well and I will miss it. I can't find any specs online but do a Google search on "Toshiba 3020CT" and you may find someone selling one on ebay where you'll see more pictures if not a few more details. (Remember - this one is free!) |

Compaq Presario SR5110NX No Operating System |
Tower only - no CDs.
Keyboards, mice, monitors and cables are not included
unless they happen to be available and are requested. Here's what
it does have: Athlon 64 Processor 3800+, 512MB RAM, 160GB SATA hard drive
(not original, bigger, blank), nVidia GeForce 6150SE integrated video, DVD/CD Burner with LightScribe
technology. It has an integrated Ethernet connector. It also has a PCI NIC
(because the integrated NIC is broken ???)
There is no operating system installed. It had run Vista Home Basic but there are no CDs with this computer to reinstall it. Try HP's website or try ebay. |
